Description
An upstairs studio flat, with its own entrance, next to the owner’s home. The GR34 hiking path is just 100m from the gite, perfect for discovering the banks of the Trieux, the picturesque Roche aux Oiseaux (500m) and the traditional little fishing harbour of Loguivy-de-la-mer. Mountain bike trails 500m. Ferry to the Isle of Bréhat 5km.
An upstairs studio flat. Living space with kitchen, lounge, dining and sleeping areas : double bed. Shower room with WC. Washing machine in garage which also has room to store bikes. Decked patio area (10m²). Wooded garden (700m²) shared with owner. Footpaths on the doorstep.

Charmant appartement dans une maison bretonne au bord du Trieux et au départ de multiples Chemins de randonnées Tout confort rien ne manque Hote aux petits soins qui donne plein d'idées de randos, visites... Nous y reviendrons avec un immense plaisir
