A recently-built, detached, contemporary style gite, 700m from the typical little fishing harbour of Loguivy de la Mer, beaches and shops. The ferry to the Isle of Bréhat is 6km and Paimpol with it marina is 5km. Enjoy a walk along the GR34 hiking path to La Roche aux Oiseaux headland with wonderful views over the Trieux estuary and the Bréhat archipelago.

nous avions choisi d'y revenir avec enfants et petits enfants, après 3 années "sans", pour cause COVID .un lieu ou tout esp pensé comme à la maison, spacieux, lumineux, confortable .

Maison moderne avec VMC et double vitrage, aucune sensation d humidité ou de froid ressenti lors de notre séjour fin décembre. Très bonne luminosité avec accès à la terrasse et au jardin plein sud depuis la baie vitrée du salon. Trois chambres et une sdb spacieuse et confortable à l étage dont l accès est assuré par un escalier très bien conçu. La chambre du rdc est bien isolé du salon grâce à un espace desservant également le WC et la sdb. Pour finir, le garage est très pratique pour charger ou décharger les voitures ou moto à l abris.
