Fabulous, architect designed house with a great decking area overlooking Loguivy harbour and with the Ile de Bréhat in the middle distance. A genuinely characterful and quirky place, full of interesting and off-beat furniture and art. At the start of the marked footpath GR34 so ideal for walks along this fabulous coastline. Take a boat trip (10 minutes from nearby port) out to the beautiful Ile de Bréhat which is lush with vegetation & dotted with country mansions. Paimpol is about 5 mins drive away and has lovely historic centre with traditional stone houses & cobbled streets, lots of restaurants and shops and holds a Tuesday market.
Semi-detached cottage adjoining a house in village centre with wonderful views over a pretty fishing port and just 100m from the sea (small beach 500m). Restaurant, bar, small shops all within walking distance (200m). BN6072 Max 2 + and BN6082 Max 4 are nearby (same road). 6 open tread stairs down to entrance. Most rooms have a sea view. Kitchen with small breakfast bar, 2 stools, fridge/freezer, microwave & dishwasher. Utility room (washing machine). Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison décorée avec beaucoup de goût. La météo était de la partie. Parfaitement calme. Accueil très chaleureux. Commerces à proximité : poissonnerie et petite magasin bien pratique. Nous y reviendrons.

Un mois à Ker AVel et on voudrait pouvoir rester encore un peu, on ne s'en lasse pas. Même si le temps est maussade, le charme de la Bretagne opère toujours et le confort de Ker Avel est une valeur sûre. Nous reviendrons, chers amis bretons.

Ideale Lage direkt am Hafen, bequem und äusserst geschmackvoll eingerichtet, schöne Terrasse mit Blick direkt auf das Wasser, weil das Haus in der ersten Reihe liegt.
