Lots of charm for this family home which has gone through the decades modernizing to offer you today the comfort and the change of scenery so much sought after for the holidays! Located in a very residential area, you will stay on an exceptional site: Facing the Ile de Bréhat - Magnificent sea view from the living room, the beautiful well-equipped kitchen, a bedroom and the living room on the mezzanine! The environment is simply splendid! you will enjoy relaxing or reading a book on the terrace while watching the boats disembark passengers. Internally, the owners have rearranged the rooms to create beautiful volumes which they have enhanced by mixing old and contemporary furniture, and the result is successful... You will walk to the pier for Bréhat 300 m away, with beach on site unless you prefer to hike on the GR34 or on the many small paths: magnificent panoramas. 3 km from the village of Ploubazlanec, 8 km from Paimpol.
Your vacation rental includes on the ground floor: reception hall, beautiful fitted kitchen communicating with the very bright living room with sea view, 1 bedroom with sea view (1 bed 160x200) 1 bedroom (2 beds 80x200 that can be twinned ), bathroom (walk-in shower) and separate toilet with washbasin. Entirely pedestrianised, the Ile de Bréhat is the promise of time recaptured :. breathe the scent of spring flowers, smell the sea air, admire the landscape that unfolds to the rhythm of your walk, listen carefully and you'll hear bicycle bells in the distance. Enjoy a sheltered cove for a swim. Bréhat is an island full of surprises where flowers and pink granite rocks await you. Paimpol, famous with its white coco de Paimpol beans, particularly appreciated all over the world in fine food, and its Sea shanty Festival with more than 200 traditional vessels, every two years, in the middle of August, is also a fishing harbor, famous in the past with the cod fishing in Iceland.

On dit que le paradis n'existe pas, mais dans ce superbe gîte, on n'en est pas loin. Nous ne nous sommes jamais lassés de cette vue sur l'île de Bréhat ! Ce magnifique décors qui change sans cesse avec la luminosité, grandiose. Quel accueil également de la part des propriétaires, charmants et attentionnés. Propreté, déco, vue, calme, tout y est parfait pour se reposer. Et la région est tout aussi magnifique, avec d'innombrables possibilités de promenades et visites. Nous espérons pouvoir revenir un jour en cet endroit magique !!!
