Description
This residential area should rather have been called BelleVue, as you are absorbed by the amplitude of the landscape over the entire bay of Paimpol! In this quiet cul-de-sac of the Cité Fleurie in Pors Even, this semi-detached house renovated by Dominique and Catherine on one level will seduce you with its exceptional view and its comfortable and neat interior. The bay window acts like a magnet and offers a real picture of the sea changing colors and aspects depending on the sun, the wind and especially the tides. Just below, 500 m on foot, you will enjoy strolling on the port of Pors Even or lazing on the small beach of Paimpolette. Also nearby on foot: The Widows' Cross and the Chapel of the Trinity mark the past and the authenticity of this point. 2 km from the charming little town of Ploubazlanec, 5 km from Paimpol.
Your vacation rental includes on the ground floor accessible by going down about ten steps or a stair lift: a living room with fitted kitchen and sea view, a bedroom for 2 people (1 bed 160x200) with sea view, another bedroom for 2 people (1 electric 140x190 bed) without sea view, a bathroom (with walk-in shower, washbasin and sanibroyeur toilet), a separate toilet, a scullery/laundry room, an outdoor room practical storage room for storing bicycles, stroller, ... The entire ground floor is PMR accessible (among others: outside stairlift, bathroom with grab bars and shower seat, ...). Presence of a CD/DVD player/USB port with speakers. Semi-detached house on 2 sides with on the front: a closed ground facing south composed of a paved terrace of 20 m² and a lawn of 80 m², facing the sea. Parking just behind the house at the edge of the sidewalk at the end of a dead end.

très bon accueil des propriétaires qui sont très disponibles, petites attentions a l'arrivée ,très joli gite superbe vue mer, propre, la décoration est soignée, la cuisine moderne bien équipée , rien ne manque, la grande arrière cuisine avec réfrigérateur, congélateur, machine a laver, fer et table a repasser et grands placards de rangements est très fonctionnelle. la salle de bain avec douche a l italienne est très pratique. La literie est neuve et confortable. Tout est prévu pour le confort des vacanciers, il y a tout sur place ,même un kit de couture, des cannes pour la marche et le parapluie. On a vraiment l'impression d'etre a la maison.

A part le cri des goélands et parfois le ronron d'un bâteau de pêche, nous avons dégusté le silence et le calme des lieux. Quel bonheur! La vue sur la Baie de Paimpol constitue un vrai spectacle, et ce par tous les temps! L'aménagement intérieur est chaleureux et confortable, avec ses touches de créativité bien sympathiques... à l'image de nos hôtes, des personnes formidables.

Le gîte est extra : il est très bien situé, au clame avec une vue à coupé le souffle ! Il est très propre et bien équipé. Les propriétaires sont également extra : très attentionnés et accueillants. Nous avons déjà prévu de revenir ! Séjour que nous avons effectué du 07 au 14 mai 2022.
