Description
A view of the sea and the port of Loguivy from all rooms! Come and live to the rhythm of the tides, the workers of the sea, walks on the coast, swimming on the small beaches. The ultra-comfortable Orion gîte, decorated with great care by Lydie and Thierry, will be your perfect holiday accommodation and where everything is included! The toes in the water will be on the beach of Roch'Ir at 800 m or that of Ouern at 300 m. The village of Loguivy is located at the mouth of the Trieux which overlooks the superb archipelago of Bréhat. The pier at the tip of Arcouest to discover the Ile aux Fleurs is 5 km away, as is Paimpol further south where it is good to stroll on the port and in the pedestrian streets of the old town.
Your vacation rental includes on the ground floor: garage with storage (32 m²). On the 1st floor: kitchen with dining area, living room with wood stove, small laundry room, bathroom with shower and basin, wc. On the 2nd floor: 4 small bedrooms (hence a capacity not exceeding 7 people) (4 double beds: 2x140x190 and 2x160x200), a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Completely renovated gite in the village of Loguivy de la mer, adjoining a third party, with a small 25 m² garden, 10 m² cement terrace and 2.90 m² veranda, 15 m² wooden terrace extending the kitchen, all enclosed .

Un gîte exceptionnel avec une vue époustouflante sur un petit port de pêche typique. Rien ne manque et le confort est omniprésent, la décoration est chaleureuse et très soignée. Il y a une vue mer depuis chaque chambre et bien sûr depuis la pièce de vie. La situation géographique est également très intéressante, on peut depuis le gîte faire belles balades à pieds le long de la mer et rejoindre très facilement deux plages. En voiture Paimpol est proche, de même que le sillon de Talbert, L'île de Brehat, Plougrescant, .... sans oublier l'accueil chaleureux et les petites attentions gustatives de Lydie,,!
