A lot of sweetness and tranquility reigns in Ti Kaouenn, a real haven of peace and greenery on the edge of the Roscoat valley. This gîte renovated with noble, healthy and natural materials (terracotta, lime-hemp, wood, stone, etc.) will sound like a real bubble of rest when you return from your local escapades, sometimes towards the sea at 10.5 km ( bay of Saint Michel en Grève) sometimes towards the villages and their nuggets such as the Château de Rosanbo sur Lanvellec at 5 km or the Hêtre de Kervinihy at the Vieux-Marché at 7km. Pink Granite Coast
The dramatic Côte de Granit Rose is a "beauty and beast" landscape of pale beaches embraced by colossal lumps of blushed granite. Between these towering, monolithic stacks, Disneyesque villas, with turrets, spires and painted shutters, are framed by pines and hydrangea.
Perros-Guirec, with its marina and two immaculate beaches - Trestrignel and Trestraou - is the best attraction of Côtes d'Armor and the most frequented beach resorts in northern Brittany.
Boat trips to the Sept-Îles (an amazing bird sanctuary where the sight of the seabirds that meet you on arrival at the main island is really impressive) contribute to its popularity. And just around are the delightfully mysterious bays of Ploumanac'h and Trégastel. Enjoy invigorating coastal walks along marked footpaths and absorb the spectacular views or just relax on one of the lovely sandy beaches.

Séjour très agréable et reposant dans un cadre bucolique. Le gîte a beaucoup de charme, il est fonctionnel et soigneusement décoré. Une immersion en pleine nature tout en étant proche de la côte.

Gîte en situation isolée, très calme. Les abords sont très soignés et fleuris. La maison est bien équipée et décorée avec goût. Les photos sont fidèles à la réalité. Les propriétaires, qui habitent à peu de distance, sont sympathiques et discrets.
