At the gates of the bay of St-Michel en Grèves, in a small rural hamlet, this charming house will seduce all nature lovers looking for a zen environment for their holidays. Alain has planned everything so that your comfort is optimal, without forgetting the decorative touch of Bénédicte: each one has his own passion...and it's a success! You will organize your days according to your desires: several hiking trails are accessible from the gîte: ideal for discovering the territory of Plouaret which has beautiful curiosities: mansions, fountains, crosses... easily reach the resort of St Michel en Grèves, a pretty little seaside resort appreciated for its long sandy beach: it is just 14 km away, and on the beach of St Efflam, you can practice your favorite water activities (sailing, kayaking, paddleboarding, etc.). 3 km from Bourg de Plouaret (all shops and TGV station), 12 km from Lannion, capital of Trégor, and 25 km from Perros Guirec.
Your vacation rental includes on the ground floor: living room with wood stove (1st flame offered), well-equipped fitted kitchen, bathroom (shower) and separate toilet with washbasin. Pink Granite Coast
The dramatic Côte de Granit Rose is a "beauty and beast" landscape of pale beaches embraced by colossal lumps of blushed granite. Between these towering, monolithic stacks, Disneyesque villas, with turrets, spires and painted shutters, are framed by pines and hydrangea.
Perros-Guirec, with its marina and two immaculate beaches - Trestrignel and Trestraou - is the best attraction of Côtes d'Armor and the most frequented beach resorts in northern Brittany.
Boat trips to the Sept-Îles (an amazing bird sanctuary where the sight of the seabirds that meet you on arrival at the main island is really impressive) contribute to its popularity. And just around are the delightfully mysterious bays of Ploumanac'h and Trégastel. Enjoy invigorating coastal walks along marked footpaths and absorb the spectacular views or just relax on one of the lovely sandy beaches.
