In the countryside, but just 1.5 km from the center of Plouaret, Nathalie and Jean-René welcome you all year round in the family house which they have just renovated, providing the necessary comfort for you to have a pleasant stay. Spacious, bright, you will have 2 complete sanitary facilities: ideal when traveling with friends! you will enjoy having your meals on the sheltered terrace and relaxing in the shaded garden ... just right. The children will be delighted to see the small regional train pass at the back of the house (5 to 6 passages per day: a little furtive animation that will be expected). 12 km from Lannion and its pretty historic town center, 13.5 km from the large beach of Lieue de Grèves in Plestin Les Grèves, 28 km from Perros-Guirec and its beautiful family beaches in the heart of the Côte de Granit Rose and 26 km from the Radôme de Pleumeur Bodou and its Gallic Village (not to be missed activities with children).
Your vacation rental includes on the ground floor: living room (wood stove) with fitted kitchen, separate lounge, bathroom (walk-in shower) separate wc. Upstairs: landing leading to 2 bedrooms (1 bed 160x200) and (2 beds 90x190), bathroom (shower) and separate toilet. Sheltered terrace of 27 m² in the gable, landscaped land of 200 m².

Pink Granite Coast
The dramatic Côte de Granit Rose is a "beauty and beast" landscape of pale beaches embraced by colossal lumps of blushed granite. Between these towering, monolithic stacks, Disneyesque villas, with turrets, spires and painted shutters, are framed by pines and hydrangea.
Perros-Guirec, with its marina and two immaculate beaches - Trestrignel and Trestraou - is the best attraction of Côtes d'Armor and the most frequented beach resorts in northern Brittany.
Boat trips to the Sept-Îles (an amazing bird sanctuary where the sight of the seabirds that meet you on arrival at the main island is really impressive) contribute to its popularity. And just around are the delightfully mysterious bays of Ploumanac'h and Trégastel. Enjoy invigorating coastal walks along marked footpaths and absorb the spectacular views or just relax on one of the lovely sandy beaches.

Excellente adresse! Location spatieuse et très bien agencée hyper agréable, propriétaires très chaleureux et à l'écoute.

Accueil sympathique des Propriétaires, le gîte était très propre, fonctionnel et tranquille. Le train qui passe ne gêne pas, car peu de wagons 4 max. Le plus le grand poêle si il fait très froid. Si nous avions une chose à proposer des couettes 200x200 pour les 2 lits de 90 dans la seconde chambre. Car une couette 140x200 ne borde pas pour un adulte. Sinon rien à dire. Nous recommandons cette location..

A notre arrivée l'extérieur du gîte nous baigne dans la tradition bretonne par sa construction. L'intérieur est neuf et très très propre. La vaisselle est largement suffisante pour utiliser un lave vaisselle. Les couchages sont confortable et très propre. Vous ajoutez à tout cela des propriétaires accueillants, à l'écoute de nos demandes de renseignements et aux échanges très sympathiques. Bref un séjour de 10 jours formidable.
