In the countryside, but just 1.5 km from the center of Plouaret, Nathalie and Jean-René welcome you all year round in the family house which they have just renovated, providing the necessary comfort for you to have a pleasant stay. Spacious, bright, you will have 2 complete sanitary facilities: ideal when traveling with friends! you will enjoy having your meals on the sheltered terrace and relaxing in the shaded garden ... just right. The children will be delighted to see the small regional train pass at the back of the house (5 to 6 passages per day: a little furtive animation that will be expected). 12 km from Lannion and its pretty historic town center, 13.5 km from the large beach of Lieue de Grèves in Plestin Les Grèves, 28 km from Perros-Guirec and its beautiful family beaches in the heart of the Côte de Granit Rose and 26 km from the Radôme de Pleumeur Bodou and its Gallic Village (not to be missed activities with children).
Your vacation rental includes on the ground floor: living room (wood stove) with fitted kitchen, separate lounge, bathroom (walk-in shower) separate wc. Upstairs: landing leading to 2 bedrooms (1 bed 160x200) and (2 beds 90x190), bathroom (shower) and separate toilet. Sheltered terrace of 27 m² in the gable, landscaped land of 200 m².

Pink Granite Coast
The dramatic Côte de Granit Rose is a "beauty and beast" landscape of pale beaches embraced by colossal lumps of blushed granite. Between these towering, monolithic stacks, Disneyesque villas, with turrets, spires and painted shutters, are framed by pines and hydrangea.
Perros-Guirec, with its marina and two immaculate beaches - Trestrignel and Trestraou - is the best attraction of Côtes d'Armor and the most frequented beach resorts in northern Brittany.
Boat trips to the Sept-Îles (an amazing bird sanctuary where the sight of the seabirds that meet you on arrival at the main island is really impressive) contribute to its popularity. And just around are the delightfully mysterious bays of Ploumanac'h and Trégastel. Enjoy invigorating coastal walks along marked footpaths and absorb the spectacular views or just relax on one of the lovely sandy beaches.
