Very pretty house with garden, adjoining another gite where the owners, anxious to preserve your privacy, have done everything possible to respect everyone's space thanks to blackout fences and vegetation. Plouaret is a town located not far from the famous Côte de Granit Rose just 25 km away where you can enjoy a wide range of activities (beaches, hiking, water sports, golf, casino). Plouaret also has an important network of hiking trails that will allow you to appreciate the local fauna and flora, as well as the richness of the architectural heritage.
Your single-storey vacation rental includes: Kitchen, living room and lounge area, bathroom with sliding door (shower and toilet), 1 bedroom with sliding door and 1 140x190 bed, a small reading area accessible by steep stairs. Pleasure lawn of 80 m² and beautiful terrace of 30 m². Common and private parking for the 2 cottages.

Pink Granite Coast
The dramatic Côte de Granit Rose is a "beauty and beast" landscape of pale beaches embraced by colossal lumps of blushed granite. Between these towering, monolithic stacks, Disneyesque villas, with turrets, spires and painted shutters, are framed by pines and hydrangea.
Perros-Guirec, with its marina and two immaculate beaches - Trestrignel and Trestraou - is the best attraction of Côtes d'Armor and the most frequented beach resorts in northern Brittany.
Boat trips to the Sept-Îles (an amazing bird sanctuary where the sight of the seabirds that meet you on arrival at the main island is really impressive) contribute to its popularity. And just around are the delightfully mysterious bays of Ploumanac'h and Trégastel. Enjoy invigorating coastal walks along marked footpaths and absorb the spectacular views or just relax on one of the lovely sandy beaches.

Comme toujours la Bretagne est belle..., et cette année plutôt généreuse en terme de météo... Pour le gîte, un accueil convivial de la part des propriétaires. Le logement conforme à nos attente. Il se situe en campagne, idéal pour se reposer et oublier le stress de la ville. La plage, les marchés et commerces à moins d'un quart d'heure. Mobilier moderne et récent, jolie salle d'eau, grande chambre et pièce de vie lumineuse et fraiche. Et géographiquement, la côte de granit rise est proche du gite,Roscoff pas très loin etc... Nous y reviendrons et le conseillons volontiers à notre famille et nids amis pour leurs prochaines vacances...
