The owners have designed especially for you, a bright, warm, contemporary and very functional universe to spend good times with family or friends. The gîte -Le Poisson Jaune- is located 1 km from the town of Plévenon and only 700 m from the beach of Les Grèves d'en bas, a long sandy beach. Around the Cap Fréhel site, you will also enjoy 17 km of cycle paths specially equipped for hiking or cycling, possibility of renting bicycles on site with the owner. Open your eyes wide, you are on one of the most impressive sites in the region. Overlooking an emerald sea, Cap Fréhel enchants with its beauty and shimmering colors.
Your single-storey vacation rental includes: Entrance hall, beautiful fitted kitchen open to the living room, separate toilet with washbasin, laundry room with washing machine and freezer, 2 master bedrooms each with 2 beds 90x190 that can be twinned into 180x190 beds, only one bedroom has a toilet incorporated in the bathroom. Sheltered south-facing terrace of 38 m², lawn of 250 m² (being sown) and courtyard of 140 m² which can park 2 cars.
