Description
L'Abri des Noës is a new, light, welcoming, functional gite in Plévenon-Cap Frehel on the Emerald Coast. The ground floor has been designed so that it is suitable for disabled guests. The property is near the village centre and just a 10 minute walk from the sea. Ideally-situated for discovering Cap-Fréhel, its 70m high cliffs, beaches and breathtaking scenery on foot along the 17km of GR34 hiking path or along cycle tracks.
GR.FL : Lounge-diner with open-plan kitchen. Utility room. Bedroom 1 (suitable for disabled guests) : double bed, en-suite shower room (shower and wash basin). WC and hand basin (also accessible for disabled guests). UPSTAIRS : Bedroom 2 : twin beds (can be pushed together). Bedroom 3 : twin beds (can be pushed together). Bathroom with WC. Full baby equipment. Private tarmacked parking area and step-free access to living room. 2 patios including one south-facing (37m²) overlooking the garden of 300m². Local tourist tax payable directly to the owner.

 The lodging has a private parking in asphalt and entirely closed. Its walk on one level, without obstacle to the wheel and without breaking the level leads to the front door and the living rooms. Hard, non-slip coating. The cottage has a bedroom accessible by sliding door on the ground floor for 2 people (1 double bed) with direct access to the terrace, a private bathroom adjoining the bedroom with sliding door and its shower on siphon . The sink is height adjustable and the mirror tiltable. The kitchen and household equipment are accessible independently. Recessed spaces have been created under the worktop, the oven has a retractable door and the hood control is remote. The exterior and interior paths are on one level. |  The rental provides a pleasant outdoor space without immediate dangers. The lodging has an accessible room on the ground floor for 2 people (1 double mit) and is located in an enclosed environment and secured by a gate and gate. |  The Gîte has an accessible bedroom on the ground floor for 2 people (1 double bed). The kitchen is equipped with tactile cues on all the appliances. The interior and exterior paths are contrasted. No obstacle at face height. All the bay windows have vigilance strips. Staircase adapted to access the first floor and accessories including contrasting switches and sockets. A play of color differentiates them. The terrace and the outdoor path are lit and have switches with indicator lights. Instructions for use in a dedicated binder and emergency numbers in large print. Presence of an audible fire alarm coupled with a light beam on the ground floor and upstairs. |  Possibility of reservation, information and sending of contract by email (internet). Tout était au top dans ce séjour : l'accueil d'Emmanuel, l'abri des Noes qui offre vraiment tout ce qu'on peut souhaiter dans une location, la proximité des sorties possibles Nous étions tellement bien que nous souhaitions revenir, mais la qualité de ce gîte fait qu'il est loué jusqu'en octobre... Heureusement pour nous, le gite du poisson jaune pourra nous accueillir un peu plus tôt. Comme il appartient aux mêmes propriétaires, nous n'avons aucun doute sur sa qualité. Bravo à vous deux, et à bientôt

Excellent séjour dans cette maison moderne. La maison est très bien agencée et concçue pour recevoir des personnes handicapées (ce n'est pas notre cas, mais on voit clairement que les choix d'agencement ont été mûrement réfléchis). Confort complet. Accueil très sympathique, une grande quantité d'information sur la région! Plein de jolies plages à proximité, commerces et chemins de randonnée.
