Nestled between lake and forest, at the crossroads of roads leading from the Emerald Coast to Dinard, St Malo, Dinan, Lamballe and St Brieuc, La Rompardais welcomes you all year round in a magnificent farmhouse dating from the 19th century. Close to the shops of Plancoët (7 km), you will appreciate the tranquility, the volumes and the light of this gite. Pascal and Valérie, after having opened their guest house next door (22G521397, 11 people), have acquired and prepared this accommodation for your holidays. Relax on the terrace or in the garden, but also on the nearby hiking trails (Tro Breizh) to go around the Arguenon lake, a jump at the Château de la Hunaudaye 3.5 km away or at the Farm of yesteryear of Plédéliac 6 km...
Your vacation rental includes on the ground floor: a large living room with kitchen area (deco fireplace) facing south, a laundry room, a toilet with hand basin. On the first floor are the bedrooms, each in duplex format. Nature offers downstairs: a double bed (140X190) as well as a bathroom (shower, basin, wc), above in the mezzanine: 2 single beds (90X190). Zen, meanwhile, offers downstairs: a double bed (160X200) as well as a bathroom (shower, double sink, toilet), above in the mezzanine: 1 single bed (90X190) and 1 bed 2 people (140X190). Enjoy the outdoors and, at the back, a 42m² terrace with a view of the 420m² private wooded garden. Luggage/shopping deposit just in front of the gîte in the dedicated gravelled courtyard of 80 m². Parking on the property. Gite adjoining the owners' and a third party's guest house. If cleaning package subscribed: provide 20 € more per week additional to the first.

Acceuil très chaleureux. Gîte correspondant parfaitement à la description et à l'attente. Très bon restaurant tenu par la propriétaire, juste à côté du gîte. Merci pour le far breton,il était délicieux

Séjour agréable , bon acceuil gite confortable (couchages). Route un peu passante pour le matin devant le gite Odeur de fosse séptique bien désagréable (pris en charge rapidement par les gérants) WC et salle de bain a côté de chaque chambre un vrai plus
