In a small hamlet of Pleumeur Gautier, come and stay in this old farmhouse completely renovated with taste in 2017. Enjoy the private spa and the sauna whose intimacy with the adjoining gîte is preserved by the vegetation. Ideal location for touring between Paimpol and the Côte de Granit Rose and enjoying the many coastal hiking trails. Famous Sillon de Talbert just 10 mins away, Paimpol 15 mins away, Tréguier 10 mins away.
Your vacation rental includes on the ground floor: a large fitted and fully equipped kitchen open to the dining area, a pantry with washing machine and dryer, a WC with hand basin, a bright living room with flat screen TV, a bedroom (two 90cm twin) with private bathroom and toilet accessible to people with reduced mobility. Upstairs: two bedrooms (one 160 cm bed and two 90 cm twin beds) each with their private bathroom (shower) open to the bedroom, two separate toilets near each bedroom. Gîte très bien conçu avec des matériaux de qualité. Espace extérieur et Spa agréables. Le gîte est très bien équipé pour faire la cuisine. Aux alentours, beaucoup de balades et marchés. Une belle semaine.
