Experience the seaside countryside in the heart of the Pink Granite Coast with Perros Guirec 10 km away! Located with a 2nd gîte on a 10,000 m² property, away from busy roads, discover this old stone farm (18th century) with a certain charm. Eco center 1.5 km, treetop adventure course 1km, GR34 (600 m), sea, 18-hole golf course, equestrian center 2 km, Sailing school at Ile-Grande 6 km, scuba diving center at Trébeurden 8 km , without forgetting of course the Parc du Radôme 1.5 km away (Telecoms Museum, Planetarium, Gaulish Village). The Forum: Heated seawater swimming pool in Trégastel 5 km. Shops 3 km away. So... maybe think about bikes? everything is so close!! ...
Your vacation rental includes on the ground floor:

Pink Granite Coast
The dramatic Côte de Granit Rose is a "beauty and beast" landscape of pale beaches embraced by colossal lumps of blushed granite. Between these towering, monolithic stacks, Disneyesque villas, with turrets, spires and painted shutters, are framed by pines and hydrangea.
Perros-Guirec, with its marina and two immaculate beaches - Trestrignel and Trestraou - is the best attraction of Côtes d'Armor and the most frequented beach resorts in northern Brittany.
Boat trips to the Sept-Îles (an amazing bird sanctuary where the sight of the seabirds that meet you on arrival at the main island is really impressive) contribute to its popularity. And just around are the delightfully mysterious bays of Ploumanac'h and Trégastel. Enjoy invigorating coastal walks along marked footpaths and absorb the spectacular views or just relax on one of the lovely sandy beaches.

Dans un secteur très calme, un vrai bonheur. A peine 10 kms de la Mer, un véritable havre de paix à proximité de la mer.
