Garden: 500 sq m large with parking. On the terrace side: separate enclosed grounds. You'll appreciate the quietness of the protected natural site of Landrellec, located 1.2 miles from the town centre of Trégastel.
Your vacation rental includes on the ground floor: living room and open kitchen of 33 m², bathroom of 6 m² with walk-in shower and toilet. Upstairs 3 attic bedrooms, one with 1 140x190 bed and 2 small ones with 1 90x190 bed each. ideal rental for a couple alone or with 2 children, thanks to these 2 small individual rooms. Private garden of 500 m² with private parking space in front of the house, accessible by a private road common to the 2 gites. A first south-facing wooden terrace on the front with garden furniture. To the East, a second terrace also with garden furniture, this space is enclosed with bicycle shelters. Your pet will be welcome in accordance with the Gites de France charter and internal regulations. Only one animal accepted (dangerous category dogs refused). Rental not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

Pink Granite Coast
The dramatic Côte de Granit Rose is a "beauty and beast" landscape of pale beaches embraced by colossal lumps of blushed granite. Between these towering, monolithic stacks, Disneyesque villas, with turrets, spires and painted shutters, are framed by pines and hydrangea.
Perros-Guirec, with its marina and two immaculate beaches - Trestrignel and Trestraou - is the best attraction of Côtes d'Armor and the most frequented beach resorts in northern Brittany.
Boat trips to the Sept-Îles (an amazing bird sanctuary where the sight of the seabirds that meet you on arrival at the main island is really impressive) contribute to its popularity. And just around are the delightfully mysterious bays of Ploumanac'h and Trégastel. Enjoy invigorating coastal walks along marked footpaths and absorb the spectacular views or just relax on one of the lovely sandy beaches.

Wie die Zusammenfassung schon sagt, es war alles perfekt. Vom überaus freundlichen Empfang durch Madame Duchene, hin zum schönen, mit allen für einen entspannten Urlaub benötigten Utensilien ausgestatteten und liebevoll eingerichtetem Haus in schöner Lage nahe dem Strand. Wir werden uns gern wieder für einen Aufenthalt hier entscheiden.

Très bel emplacement, au pied du sentier des douaniers et à 100m de la mer. Enchantement et plénitude garantie, cette maison de pêcheur offre tout le confort nécessaire pour un séjour réussi. Très bon accueil de la propriétaire et toujours de bons conseils pour découvrir cette belle et magnifique région. Un enchantement à ciel ouvert . Amoureuse des lieux, je reviendrais avec le plus grand plaisir.

Ce gite d’exception se situe à proximité d’une magnifique plage, dans une réserve naturelle préservée, parcourue par le sentier des douaniers. Accueil et qualité d’hébergement au top ! Maison meublée avec goût et raffinement, dotée de tout le confort nécessaire. La propriétaire est très soucieuse de la qualité des prestations offertes à ses clients. A recommander sans réserve !!
