Description
Country house bathed in light and sun thanks to its 2 large windows. The garden being closed and the terrace too: you will always have a look at your children and each floor is secure. Located 2 km from the D137 dual carriageway which leads to both Rennes (50 km) and St Malo (23 km), 3 km from the town center of Pleudihen sur Rance and all its shops, 5 km from the Cale de Mordreuc (beach and boats) and 10 km from the historic and medieval town center of Dinan. Your getaways may take you as far as Mont Saint Michel, 45 km away. In the meantime, Alexandra is waiting for you impatiently in her gîte in the heart of the village of Val Hervelin!
Your vacation rental includes on the ground floor: an entrance hall, a living room with fireplace, a kitchen, a toilet with washbasin. On the 1st floor: a bedroom (1 double bed 160x200), a special baby bedroom with a 60x120 bed, a bathroom with a small bath (1.20m) and toilets. On the 2nd floor: a bedroom on the mezzanine with 2 single beds 90x190 and a sofa. In this accommodation baby will be king (or queen): his room and everything, absolutely everything he needs for his stay, nothing is missing. Gîte in a village, adjoining a third party and not overlooked, with an ideal southern exposure. large paved terrace of 30 m², lawned garden of 120 m² with flowers and shrubs. Private gravelled car park of 17 m² at the end of the field.

Le gîte est très bien aménagé et bien équipé pour accueillir une famille avec enfant. Sa localisation est idéale pour aller visiter le Mont Saint Michel, Saint malo. La propriétaire est très accueillante et sympathique.
