Lovely peaceful location but central to many local beauty spots and attractions which make it an ideal base for exploring the local area. In the village of Cantel Coet, pleasant and cozy furnishing little house, located near the owners' house who will suggest you numerous walks along the banks of the Rance. Don't miss the visit of Dinan, a pretty medieval town, 10 km away. Only 20 km away from St-Malo.
Ground floor: living room with kitchen corner. First floor: 1 dble bedroom, bathroom (shower and toilet). Flat screen TV, DVD. Wifi Internet connection. Sheets, and towels provided. Cot and highchair available. Price all inclusive. Private parking in front of the cottage. Enclosed garden of 40 sqm with garden furniture and barbecue.

Le gîte est bien situé au calme et pas loin de Dinan. Très beau gîte et l’accueil des propriétaires est excellent. Ils sont discrets et très agréables.

Un superbe gîte très bien situé pour découvrir Dinan, Dinard, St Malo, Cancale, Mont st Michel et toute la baie, la Rance également. Les propriétaires d'une très grande sympathie tout en discrétion, un gîte d'une très grande propreté, d'un calme reposant. Une adresse a publicité et pour nous, à retenir pour y retourner dès que possible. Les dames du Futuroscope.
