This excellent holiday home is situated in a lovely rural location, but close enough to shops not to be isolated. Coast is nearby and the wonderful rocks and beaches of the pink granite coast are about 40 mins away. 7 km away from Tréguier, little place of interest, 10 km away from Paimpol.
Independent farmhouse, built around 1840 and completely renovated in 2005, with its own private grounds of 400 sq. m, which include a lawn and south-facing patio with a view overlooking the Trieux river. The farmhouse is next to the owner's house. G.floor : modern open kitchen, living/lounge room with antique furniture and enclosed fireplace, TV with DVD recorder, 1 dble bedroom (1 160x200 dble bed), shower room and toilet. 1st floor : 2 twin-bedded rooms (each with beds 90x200), bathroom and toilet. Beds made upon arrival. Wood supplied (55€/m3).

Entirely pedestrianised, the Ile de Bréhat is the promise of time recaptured :. breathe the scent of spring flowers, smell the sea air, admire the landscape that unfolds to the rhythm of your walk, listen carefully and you'll hear bicycle bells in the distance. Enjoy a sheltered cove for a swim. Bréhat is an island full of surprises where flowers and pink granite rocks await you. Paimpol, famous with its white coco de Paimpol beans, particularly appreciated all over the world in fine food, and its Sea shanty Festival with more than 200 traditional vessels, every two years, in the middle of August, is also a fishing harbor, famous in the past with the cod fishing in Iceland.

Petite propriété charmante avec tout le confort attendu, à proximité des propriétaires. Vue sur le Trieux au loin. Jardin entouré d'une haie, mais pas "hermétique" (les animaux peuvent passer sans problème). Jolie terrasse dans un coin de jardin très agréable. Situation à l'écart du centre de Pleudaniel, donc peu de circulation, calme total. Commerces à +/- 5 km. Agréable salon, belles chambres (surtout les 2 à l'étage) et salle de bain complète. 2 wc séparés. Cuisine petite mais complètement équipée. Contacts sympathiques et conviviaux avec les propriétaires (et leur gentil toutou). On retient l'adresse pour une prochaine éventualité.
