In the small town of l'Armor Pleubian, close to shops, typical Breton house nicely renovated with luxury furniture. Harmonious and trendy decoration. Book now and enjoy a holiday by the sea, in an exceptional environment: 400 m from the Sillon du Talbert, unique in Europe. 4 km away from Pleubian, 12 km away from Paimpol and the pier to the Bréhat island and 30 km away from the famous seaside resort of Perros Guirec .

Enjoy a sheltered cove for a swim. Bréhat is an island full of surprises where flowers and pink granite rocks await you. Paimpol, famous with its white coco de Paimpol beans, particularly appreciated all over the world in fine food, and its Sea shanty Festival with more than 200 traditional vessels, every two years, in the middle of August, is also a fishing harbor, famous in the past with the cod fishing in Iceland.

Très bien à part la route qui passe juste à côté et qui est pas mal fréquenté à partir de 7h. Donc dormir avec les fenêtres ouvertes quand il fait chaud ce n'est pas top sauf pour ceux qui se lèvent tôt !! On ne peut pas se garer dans la cour contrairement à ce qui est écrit dans l'annonce mais on peut se garer juste à côté. Il faudrait également penser à une possibilité d'allumer l'escalier sans allumer toute la chambre ! Pas très pratique pour se lever la nuit ! Le gîte est très bien placé pour les promenades et les visites aux alentours. Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine malgré ces petits détails.

Effectivement des travaux de voirie ont été effectués la journée ce qui a pu vous causer des désagréments, mais pour cela nous ne pouvons pas stopper les travaux le temps de votre présence.
Des places de parking se trouvent juste devant le portail d'entrée du jardin .
La chambre est en mezzanine, des lampes de chevets se trouvent de chaque côté du lit pour éviter d'allumer la grande lumière.
Les fenêtres sont récentes aucun bruit quand elles sont fermées.
Nous faisons de notre mieux pour satisfaire nos locataires.
