Description
Lots of space and comfort for this house which is starting its life as a gite. 800 m from the sea and close to the family beach of Kermagen, this former 19th century farmhouse, completely renovated by an architect in 2018, awaits you for a stay rich in walks on the GR34 which is not far behind the property. Close to a vegetable farm, this large residence has the following specificities: 4 bedrooms with private bathrooms, a designer kitchen and a cozy living room by the stove, all to share good times with family or friends. If you feel like it, Danielle can make you discover the life of a market gardener-greenhouse grower and his production. Pleubian, a town at the end of the wild peninsula, is full of natural curiosities to discover, such as the Sillon de Talbert, among others. Breath of iodized air guaranteed!
Your vacation rental includes on the ground floor: a living room-kitchen, a living room with stove, a laundry room, a bedroom (1 160x200 bed that can be split on request) with dressing room and private bathroom, a toilet with hand basin. On the 1st floor: 3 bedrooms all with 160x200 bed, dressing room and private bathroom (including one with bath). Gravelled terrace area of 40 m², courtyard of 500 m² and lawn of 3000 m² freshly planted. Outdoor children's games (molky, balls, bad net and volleyball). Carport for 2 vehicles. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce gîte exceptionnel. Tout était parfait : les propriétaires charmants ; le gîte, impeccable, calme, spacieux, très bien équipé et confortable ; les extérieurs très agréables avec immense jardin, terrasse et barbecue au gaz Weber ; la localisation géographique idéale, à 800 m de la plage et proche du bourg de Pleubian ; et les tomates des propriétaires succulentes ! En résumé, un gîte parfait pour passer d'agréables vacances !

Un des plus beaux gîtes sinon le plus beau après de nombreuses années de location : le charme de l'ancien avec le confort moderne, un seul regret ne pas avoir pris le temps de visiter l'exploitation. Superbes randonnées.
