Description
A large, detached house with a big garden, 700m from the sea. This spacious house on the Presqu’île Sauvage is ideal for a holiday with family or friends. There are lots of footpaths in the area, the Sillon de Talbert is 1km, the Château de la Roche Jagu at Ploézal is 17km, Pontrieux and its famous wash pools 22km and the Isle of Brehat 20km.

Entirely pedestrianised, the Ile de Bréhat is the promise of time recaptured :. breathe the scent of spring flowers, smell the sea air, admire the landscape that unfolds to the rhythm of your walk, listen carefully and you'll hear bicycle bells in the distance. Enjoy a sheltered cove for a swim. Bréhat is an island full of surprises where flowers and pink granite rocks await you. Paimpol, famous with its white coco de Paimpol beans, particularly appreciated all over the world in fine food, and its Sea shanty Festival with more than 200 traditional vessels, every two years, in the middle of August, is also a fishing harbor, famous in the past with the cod fishing in Iceland.

Le gite est vraiment bien. Superbement équipé, bien entretenu, un des meilleurs gites du coin pour profiter de cette région !

Maison très spacieuse, bien conçue, bien équipée, soignée, confortable, lumineuse avec un grand terrain assortie d'une très grande terrasse. Nous avons pu profiter aussi bien de l'intérieur que de l'extérieur. L'accès à pied à différentes plages est intéressant pour varier les balades. Nombreuses possibilités de chemin côtiers. J'ai également fait de bons tours en VTT. Nous avons pu garer notre bateau (entre la maison et le garage), avant de le placer une semaine au port de Tréguier et une autre à Lézardrieux, ce qui nous a permis de naviguer entre le sillon de Talbert et l'ile de Bréhat en variant nos itinéraires. Le voisinage est très calme et nous avons profité des commerces de proximité (boulangerie, marché de légumes 7/7 8h/20h, huitres 3 fois par semaine et pécheur en face de la maison). Avec tout le confort intérieur et extérieur (comme à la maison) on a passé un agréable séjour. je recommande ce gite pour toutes ses qualités qui permettent de passer, sans complications, un très bon séjour.
