Description
Who has never dreamed of being able to live by the beach, open the door of their house, cross the street and find their feet in the water? This is what the Pagoda cottage offers, located opposite the beach of St Efflam, on the D786 leading to Lannion. You will appreciate this house for its breathtaking view of the sea! From the living room, the living room and several bedrooms, you will live to the rhythm of the tides... But you will also love this house for its spacious and warm interior, here old parquet floors and trendy decoration are combined. For your excursions, you will be spoiled for choice. Nearby, make a detour to the other beaches of the town (Plage des curés, Beg Douar...). Water sports enthusiasts, you can benefit from the equipment and advice of the nautical center located just 150 m from the house. Many walks possible thanks to the GR34 near the cottage. Lannion (capital of trégor) 14 km away, the Pink Granite Coast and Morlaix 24 km away.
Your vacation rental with sea view includes on the ground floor (accessible by 5 steps): fitted kitchen, living room, wc. 1st floor: a first bedroom with a single 90x190 bunk bed opening onto a private shower room, a second spacious bedroom with 1 double 140x190 bed and a cot, a third bedroom with a 160x200 bed, shower room with toilet. 2nd floor: 1 attic bedroom with a double bed 140x190. At your disposal: private garden (800 m²) and terrace (30 m²). Parking of your vehicles in the private courtyard at the gîte (100 m²). A second garden on the other side of the street is at your disposal, with direct access to the beach.

Pink Granite Coast
The dramatic Côte de Granit Rose is a "beauty and beast" landscape of pale beaches embraced by colossal lumps of blushed granite. Between these towering, monolithic stacks, Disneyesque villas, with turrets, spires and painted shutters, are framed by pines and hydrangea.
Perros-Guirec, with its marina and two immaculate beaches - Trestrignel and Trestraou - is the best attraction of Côtes d'Armor and the most frequented beach resorts in northern Brittany.
Boat trips to the Sept-Îles (an amazing bird sanctuary where the sight of the seabirds that meet you on arrival at the main island is really impressive) contribute to its popularity. And just around are the delightfully mysterious bays of Ploumanac'h and Trégastel. Enjoy invigorating coastal walks along marked footpaths and absorb the spectacular views or just relax on one of the lovely sandy beaches.

Propriétaire très sympa et attentionnée,crêpes et cidre à l arrivée, maison agréable, cuisine super bien équipée, literie plus que correcte. Superbe vue sur la mer..je recommande

Wunderschöner Meerblick vom Ferienhaus aus. Sehr sauber. Küche ist gut ausgestattet (für Kaffeetrinker). Einige Schlafräume ohne Kleiderschränke. Ölheizung leckt und ist deshalb auch geruchlich in den Wohnräumen wahrzunehmen. Eigentümer ist hilfsbereit und reagiert schnell. Liegt direkt an einer stark befahrenen Durchgangsstraße. In der Umgebung viele schöne lohnenswerte Wanderwege und -ziele.
