Description
In the bay of Lannion, in the resort of Plestin Les Grèves, on the edge of the D786 leading to Lannion (15km) and Morlaix (23 km), the Villa la Lieue de Grève will be the dream address for holidays by the sea: you you will only have to cross the road and enjoy the pleasures of the beach... If you want an invigorating and sporty holiday, you can go to the nautical center just in front of the house. But what you will appreciate above all is to find yourself in a warm interior where old parquet floors and trendy decoration are subtly combined. The most of this villa? its large volumes, its 2 living rooms allowing you to isolate yourself if necessary, the large south-facing terrace. 3.5 km from the center of Plestin les Grèves (all shops).
Your vacation rental includes on the ground floor: entrance hall, large living room, table football area, fitted kitchen, small bathroom (shower and toilet). Upstairs: 3 bedrooms: one of 20 m² (160x200 bed) with sink and separate toilet and 2 other communicating bedrooms: one with balcony (1 160x200 bed), the other (2 90x190 beds). On the ground floor, accessible by an exterior entrance, an apartment for 4 people comprising on the same level, a living room area small well-equipped fitted kitchen (nespresso coffee maker...) 2 bedrooms (1 bed 140x190) (2 beds 90x190), small bathroom (shower and wc). Beautiful terrace of 60 m² well sheltered and facing south with relaxation lounge, gravelled courtyard allowing parking for 2 cars. Possibility also to park in the street and in a small public car park just next door. Washing machine in outside storeroom.

Pink Granite Coast
The dramatic Côte de Granit Rose is a "beauty and beast" landscape of pale beaches embraced by colossal lumps of blushed granite. Between these towering, monolithic stacks, Disneyesque villas, with turrets, spires and painted shutters, are framed by pines and hydrangea.
Perros-Guirec, with its marina and two immaculate beaches - Trestrignel and Trestraou - is the best attraction of Côtes d'Armor and the most frequented beach resorts in northern Brittany.
Boat trips to the Sept-Îles (an amazing bird sanctuary where the sight of the seabirds that meet you on arrival at the main island is really impressive) contribute to its popularity. And just around are the delightfully mysterious bays of Ploumanac'h and Trégastel. Enjoy invigorating coastal walks along marked footpaths and absorb the spectacular views or just relax on one of the lovely sandy beaches.

logement agréable et bien équipé attention: pas en front de plage mais de l'autre côté de la route attention le propriétaire exige un départ à 9h même lorsqu'on a pris l'option nettoyage, et souhaite garder le chèque de caution au départ!!
