Housed in a former hotel completely renovated and now comprising 4 other accommodations, you will have a very private entrance and a small terrace from which you can enjoy the beautiful sea view. Families with young children will appreciate it! there is only the impasse to cross to access the beach! ideal for watching children! Athletes will enjoy practicing their favorite activity: the beach stretches over 4 km and has a sailing club... You will have easy access to the GR34 and discover magnificent views of the Corniche! 17 km from Lannion, capital of Trégor and 23 km from Morlaix.
Your vacation rental includes on one level: large living room and well-equipped kitchen enjoying a beautiful sea view, 2 bedrooms: one spacious with sea view (1 bed 160x200), the other (2 beds 90x190) , bathroom (walk-in shower with wc). Storeroom. Washer dryer . Heating not included from October to March, on meter reading. Parking in front of the residence on a free public site.

Pink Granite Coast
The dramatic Côte de Granit Rose is a "beauty and beast" landscape of pale beaches embraced by colossal lumps of blushed granite. Between these towering, monolithic stacks, Disneyesque villas, with turrets, spires and painted shutters, are framed by pines and hydrangea.
Perros-Guirec, with its marina and two immaculate beaches - Trestrignel and Trestraou - is the best attraction of Côtes d'Armor and the most frequented beach resorts in northern Brittany.
Boat trips to the Sept-Îles (an amazing bird sanctuary where the sight of the seabirds that meet you on arrival at the main island is really impressive) contribute to its popularity. And just around are the delightfully mysterious bays of Ploumanac'h and Trégastel. Enjoy invigorating coastal walks along marked footpaths and absorb the spectacular views or just relax on one of the lovely sandy beaches.

Appartement très agréable, bien agencé et suffisamment spacieux pour une famille avec 2 enfants. Bien équipé : salle de bains avec placard et lave-linge et cuisine très récente, et vraiment confortable. La route derrière le gîte a constitué un réel inconfort pour nous (logement principal à la campagne) : passage incessant toute la journée. Mais seul point noir. Pascal s'est montré accessible et disponible, et très sympathique, Merci beaucoup !

Tb gite grande proximité avec la plage Aire de jeux pour les enfants juste devant Seul bémol les bruits de la route juste derrière le gite qui empêche d’ouvrir les fenêtres Literie de la chambre un peu molle mais c’est une question de goût ! Propriétaire très sympathique et gite très bien équipé

La situation du gîte est intéressante du fait de la proximité de la plage et de l'aire de jeu. Par contre, l'appartement reste bruyant étant situé sur l'axe Lannion-Morlaix. D'autre part, il nous a fallu nettoyer les fientes d'oiseaux plusieurs fois par jour dans l'espace avec un tapis fixé au sol, devant la porte d'entrée.
