Description
Very beautiful farm building renovated with great taste and quality materials. Just for you, a large SPA (4.30m X 2.30 m) heated and accessible 24 hours a day (bathrobes provided), for a real moment of relaxation with the family. You will be welcomed by the owner, who lives nearby and maker of his own cider. The many animals located on the farm will delight your children! Chickens, Ouessant sheep, cows, rabbits will be your companions during your holidays! Seasonal vegetables from the vegetable garden will be offered to you by the owner during your stay and you can also, on request, visit an oyster farm. For visits in the surroundings, do not miss the large beaches of Plestin Les Grèves (Plage des curés, Beg Douar, Saint Efflam ...) or the very famous Côte de Granit Rose (30km). Lannion at 20 km, Perros Guirec at 28 km and Morlaix at 19 km.
Your rental includes on the ground floor: kitchen / living room with living room heated by a pellet stove, comfortable and full of charm with its exposed stone walls, 1 bathroom with shower and toilet. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (1 160 cm bed, 2 90 cm beds). 12 m² terrace overlooking a garden of approximately 600 m². Private courtyard at the back of the cottage giving access to a large secure SPA for children (4.30m X 2.30 m), heated between 30° and 34°, accessible 24 hours a day with different activities: swimming against the current and aqua bike. You will appreciate the sheltered outdoor lounge with its barbecue. Kayak available for hire (€30 per trip). Under the shed the owner has fitted out a play area for your children with darts, balls, rackets, etc. and an electric bike with trailer for a child and 2 mountain bikes are available. Car parking next to the cottage. Outdoor laundry room including shower, wc, washing machine and dryer.

Pink Granite Coast
The dramatic Côte de Granit Rose is a "beauty and beast" landscape of pale beaches embraced by colossal lumps of blushed granite. Between these towering, monolithic stacks, Disneyesque villas, with turrets, spires and painted shutters, are framed by pines and hydrangea.
Perros-Guirec, with its marina and two immaculate beaches - Trestrignel and Trestraou - is the best attraction of Côtes d'Armor and the most frequented beach resorts in northern Brittany.
Boat trips to the Sept-Îles (an amazing bird sanctuary where the sight of the seabirds that meet you on arrival at the main island is really impressive) contribute to its popularity. And just around are the delightfully mysterious bays of Ploumanac'h and Trégastel. Enjoy invigorating coastal walks along marked footpaths and absorb the spectacular views or just relax on one of the lovely sandy beaches.

Nous recommandons vivement le gîte de Paule&Pascal qui est un cocon douillet et reposant. La tranquillité des lieux, la vue dégagée sur la campagne depuis le spa, la mer à deux pas, la gentillesse et la discrétion des propriétaires en font un lieu parfait pour recharger les batteries ! A bientôt

Séjour tres agréable, nous avons passé deux jours de détente avec nos deux enfants (5 et 10 ans) dans ce très joli gîte. Très bien équipé, cocooning. Le spa, les animaux, le gîte tout était parfait. L'accueil par la fille et le gendre des propriétaires était très chaleureux, toujours disponible en cas de besoin. Je recommande +++ si vous souhaitez passer un bon moment entre mer et campagne.
