On a wooded property of 900 m², independent, spacious house, located just 3 km from the beach of the Curés strike and 4.5 km from the beach of St-Efflam, one of the largest in the department, meeting place for kites. It is also very popular for water sports. Fancy cultural visits? don't miss the discovery of the Gallo-Roman thermal baths of Hoglo, a unique archaeological site in Brittany. The chapels of St-Jagut and Ste-Barbe as well as the parish church of St-Efflam are also attractive curiosities. So book this pleasant holiday resort quickly to discover the entire Trégor region, Lannion and Morlaix 18 km away.

Pink Granite Coast
The dramatic Côte de Granit Rose is a "beauty and beast" landscape of pale beaches embraced by colossal lumps of blushed granite. Between these towering, monolithic stacks, Disneyesque villas, with turrets, spires and painted shutters, are framed by pines and hydrangea.
Perros-Guirec, with its marina and two immaculate beaches - Trestrignel and Trestraou - is the best attraction of Côtes d'Armor and the most frequented beach resorts in northern Brittany.
Boat trips to the Sept-Îles (an amazing bird sanctuary where the sight of the seabirds that meet you on arrival at the main island is really impressive) contribute to its popularity. And just around are the delightfully mysterious bays of Ploumanac'h and Trégastel. Enjoy invigorating coastal walks along marked footpaths and absorb the spectacular views or just relax on one of the lovely sandy beaches.

Excellent séjour dans cette belle location en bord de bourg. La proximité des commerces et animations est un vrai plus! Marché dominical, marché nocturne, cinema... poissonnerie boucherie boulangerie supermarché... il y a tout, même un bon restaurant crêperie! La location est parfaite pour une famille, tout est propre et fonctionnel. Terrasse, véranda, jardin, c’est top et bien entretenu. L’endroit est très calme et on peut aller à pieds se promener dans la campagne. Nous reviendrons, c’est sur!

Accueil par la propriétaire toujours très gentille. C'est la 2ème fois que l'on vient dans ce gîte car la première fois était très bien. La décoration intérieure a été refaite, le gîte est très bien situé pour visiter aussi bien les côtes d'Armor que le Finistère. L'équipement du gîte est parfait et la propriétaire est totalement à l'écoute de ses locatiares vacanciers. La véranda est un avantage à cette saison. Nous avons toujours utilisé la véranda pour l'ensemble des repas. Le gîte est situé en périphérie de Plestin les Grèves, à proximité de tous les commerces mais dans un cadre champêtre calme et verdoyant. Je recommande ce gîte à toutes les personnes désirant se ressourcer, se détendre et profiter de la Bretagne toujours très belle.

Sehr geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Für Familie mit Kindern zu empfehlen. Lage ist am Rand eines kleinen Ortes, der über alle notwendigen Geschäfte verfügt. Für die Erkundung der Granitküste ein gutes Basislager.
