Pretty little detached house located on a property including rental 22G110418, 5 km from the sea and 2 km from the shops. Near the Côte de Granit Rose (Perros Guirec) and Finistère (Locquirec, Morlaix, Carantec). You will appreciate this small town which offers beautiful fine sandy beaches and numerous hiking trails, the GR34 of the cliffs; the steep paths or the circuit of the chapels.
Your vacation rental includes, on the ground floor, a living room, fitted kitchen and living room with pellet stove (one bag of pellets offered per week), a laundry room with washing machine and dryer. Floor 1: On the landing, a small reading area, a bedroom for 2 people (1 bed of 160X200), bathroom with shower, private WC and adjoining this bedroom. Floor 2: By staircase with ramp, a bedroom for 3 people. (1 140X190 bed and 1 90X190 bed) with private WC, bathroom with shower + bath. Enjoy the outdoors with a 25 m² terrace, a large courtyard and a 3000 m² plot.

Pink Granite Coast
The dramatic Côte de Granit Rose is a "beauty and beast" landscape of pale beaches embraced by colossal lumps of blushed granite. Between these towering, monolithic stacks, Disneyesque villas, with turrets, spires and painted shutters, are framed by pines and hydrangea.
Perros-Guirec, with its marina and two immaculate beaches - Trestrignel and Trestraou - is the best attraction of Côtes d'Armor and the most frequented beach resorts in northern Brittany.
Boat trips to the Sept-Îles (an amazing bird sanctuary where the sight of the seabirds that meet you on arrival at the main island is really impressive) contribute to its popularity. And just around are the delightfully mysterious bays of Ploumanac'h and Trégastel. Enjoy invigorating coastal walks along marked footpaths and absorb the spectacular views or just relax on one of the lovely sandy beaches.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour a Plestin les Grèves... Nous avons été accueilli comme des Rois avec pleins de petites attentions tres agréables. Les propriétaires sont vraiment très à l'écoute et restent disponibles. Le gîte est vraiment très bien pensé et la localisation idéale (lieu tres calme mais restant proche de la ville). Nous y retournerons avec plaisir !
