Description
This old renovated farmhouse, completely independent, offers beautiful volumes. 5 km from the sea and 2 km from shops. Close to the magnificent Côte de Granit Rose (Perros Guirec) and the famous seaside resort of Locquirec. You will appreciate this small town which offers many fine sandy beaches and for hiking, the GR34 of the cliffs and steep paths or even the circuit of the chapels.
We are pleased to introduce you to our vacation rental in the countryside with the proximity of the sea and many beaches. This beautiful and large farmhouse of 167m² comprises on the ground floor, a living room with dining room and fully equipped open kitchen, all opening onto a 40m² terrace + a utility room with washing machine and dryer, a bedroom (1 160x200 bed) with its private bathroom (shower and toilet) accessible for people with reduced mobility, separate toilet. Upstairs, 2 large bedrooms (2x2 90x190 beds) each with its private bathroom with shower and toilet, separated by a small summer lounge.

Pink Granite Coast
The dramatic Côte de Granit Rose is a "beauty and beast" landscape of pale beaches embraced by colossal lumps of blushed granite. Between these towering, monolithic stacks, Disneyesque villas, with turrets, spires and painted shutters, are framed by pines and hydrangea.
Perros-Guirec, with its marina and two immaculate beaches - Trestrignel and Trestraou - is the best attraction of Côtes d'Armor and the most frequented beach resorts in northern Brittany.
Boat trips to the Sept-Îles (an amazing bird sanctuary where the sight of the seabirds that meet you on arrival at the main island is really impressive) contribute to its popularity. And just around are the delightfully mysterious bays of Ploumanac'h and Trégastel. Enjoy invigorating coastal walks along marked footpaths and absorb the spectacular views or just relax on one of the lovely sandy beaches.

Depuis 4 ans nous sejournons dans le grand gîte dans un cadre bucolique et calme. La maison est de tout confort et très bien équipée y compris pour personne âgée ou handicapée. L'accueil de Madame Ollivier est très chaleureux.
