This charming, newly renovated stone house will be the address to book if you want a nature vacation, far from the hustle and bustle of the coast ... Ideally located, between land and sea, this semi-detached house to the owner's office (not very busy) , is located 25 km from the coast of Penthièvre. The pretty sandy beaches of the seaside resorts of Erquy or Pléneuf Val André are just waiting for you .... 35 km away, you can discover Cap Fréhel, overlooking the sea at more than 70 m, you will be enchanted. by its beauty. A little further, do not miss either the visit of the emblematic seaside resorts: the very chic and popular town of Dinard (49 km), without forgetting the famous corsair city of St Malo (56 km). During your stay, the discovery of the small towns of character of Jugon-Les Lacs (8 km), Moncontour (25 km) or even Dinan (31 km) will also be essential. . Beautiful walks in perspective!

Dinan
Dinan in Brittany is a charming riverside town, full of medieval history, with a 13th century castle and ramparts that encircle this well-preserved sanctuary where time has stood still.
Wander through Dinan's narrow cobbled streets, lined with pretty half-timber houses, and discover the Flamboyant Gothic St Malo church, the Basilica of St Saveur and the 40m high Tour de l'Horloge (clock tower). Climb the 158 steps to the top for some fantastic views of the town and surrounding area. For even better views, why not take a walk along the ramparts, which, at nearly 2.7km long, are the oldest and most impressive in Brittany? In July the Fête des Remparts (Feast of the Ramparts) takes place, a marvellous festival recreating life in medieval times with street celebrations, a market and a jousting tournament and many people dressed in medieval costume. The Château de Dinan is now a museum dedicated to the town's history and Dinan's famous hero, Bertrand du Guesclin, a Breton knight who became a military commander during the Hundred Years' War is remembered with 4 different memorials across the town. In 1357 the English laid seige to the town but it resisted. When Thomas Canterbury kidnapped Guesclin's brother he settled the matter by single combat in the Place Champs Clos opposite the Place Dugesclin, wich is named after him and where today you will find the town market on a Thursday morning.

Un agréable séjour, point idéal pour rayonner dans la région, maison bien équipée. Bien qu'isolé, le gîte est proche d'une grande ville et à peu de temps des plages.

Nous avons été très bien accueillis dans cette jolie maison restaurée avec goût. Tout est conçue pour passer un séjour confortable. l'équipement de la cuisine est top. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la petite attention de la décoration de Noël. Également beaucoup de réactivité dans nos échanges. Nous conseillons vivement cette location pour un séjour au calme en famille ou entre amis.
