Description
North of Pleslin-Trigavou, in an authentic village in the midst of a renaissance, Julien and Virginie, with undisguised pleasure, have renovated this very pretty house full of character to share it with you. Tastefully decorated, super well equipped, you will be close to all amenities and easily sail north to Dinard and the coast 11 km away as well as south to Dinan and its port on the Rance river also 11 km away. On foot, by bike, by cruise ship, the Rance will reveal itself between nature and heritage. Other escapades will spice up your stay such as the charm of the village of Léhon, the character of the city of St Malo, the famous Mont St Michel, the emerald point of St Jacut de la Mer and its islets. Nearby, a multitude of leisure activities will enliven your stays for 2, with friends or family. Welcome to La Rouxière!
Your vacation rental includes on the ground floor: a living room with lounge area and kitchen, a toilet with washbasin. On the 1st floor: 2 bedrooms (1 double bed 160x200 each), a shower room (shower, double washbasin, wc). On the 2nd floor: a large bedroom on the mezzanine (2 single beds 120x190). On the front, South East side: open ground with lawn of about 80 m², terrace, 35 m², gravelled parking (+ garage not accessible). On the back to the North West: enclosed grounds with terrace of 35 m² and summer kitchen, lawn of around 80 m².

Ce gîte est très confortable et joliment décoré. Sa propreté est impeccable et il offre des équipements complets. Il est bien situé entre Saint Malo et Dinan. Le propriétaire nous a réservé un accueil chaleureux et efficace. Nous le recommandons vivement !

Un séjour très agréable. Rien à dire. Très bonne surprise. Un logement hyper propre, rien ne manque. Environnement très calme... À recommander les yeux fermés !

La maison était en bonne état, rien a signaler. Julien était très gentille, même avec notre arrivée tardive. Coin sympa, seule inconvenient est qu'on faut prendre la voiture pour visiter les plus beaux coins.
