Nestled on the heights of Plérin, above the port of Légué, this property will seduce you with its privileged location: very close to the St-Maudez chapel renovated by the inhabitants of this very pleasant little district... A whole story... .On the spot, 2 independent lodgings with their privative space in the course of installation. The gîte Près des Nouëlles is distinguished by its large, comfortably furnished living room, opening at the back (1 step) onto a well-sheltered courtyard. Well located geographically, you will quickly reach the beaches of Plérin. Just 3 km away, that of Nouëlles bordered by a magnificent coast where you will enjoy collecting shells. If you practice nautical activities and are looking for entertainment, you will rather go to Rosaires beach (6 km). All local shops at 1.6 km and the center of Plérin at 6 km, Saint-Brieuc (6 km), Binic, pretty seaside resort with its lively marina all year round at 16.5 km. 20 km from St-Quay-Portrieux.

Bay of St-Brieuc
Located between Armor and Argoat, between the land and the sea, Saint-Brieuc is the capital of the Côtes d'Armor department.
The town is an unmissable crossroads among the attractions of northern Britanny-Paimpol and the isle of Bréhat, Fréhel cape,all the small, colourful towns and villages in the back-country such as Pontrieux, Quintin, Moncontour and the artistic and historical centre of Dinan.
The three valleys (Gouédic, Gouët and Douvenant), give a rhythmic structure to the town. The environment is privileged, opening onto the remarkable bay - which has the fifth highest tides in the world.
The bay has many paths and pathways, and many more detours from the beaten tracks where walkers can discover the back country of this fascinating spot. Walking through the bushy countryside you'll discover a new view and pleasure - just take your time, nobody here is in a hurry, and you'll find some of the surprises we have waiting for you!

Wir waren im Oktober das erste Mal in der Bretagne und haben dieses Haus gewählt. Wir wurden sehr freundlich von der Eigentümerin begrüßt. Es hat an nichts gefehlt - alles war zu unserer Zufriedenheit. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und sauber.Auch sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden dort immer wieder buchen, wenn wir in diese Gegend kommen. Wichtig war für uns auch, daß der Hof mit einem Tor verschlossen war und unser Auto direkt vor dem Haus stehen konnte. Wir werden das Haus gerne weiterempfehlen.

Un grand merci pour l accueil chaleureux. Le gîte est idéalement situé proche des plages et des chemins de randonnées mais également des commerces.Nous avons passé une très belle semaine dans un joli cocon
