View of the tide ball! Do you know that the Bay of St Brieuc is the fifth bay in the world for the amplitude of its tides (more than 13 m of tidal range)! Also you will be privileged spectators of this perpetual dance and the life of the commercial port. As an observation post: a cottage successfully renovated by master hands by Suzette and her spouse. Trendy decoration and super modern comfort are at the rendezvous. To add to the pleasure the GR34 is on site! And yes, it passes below the gîte! You can sometimes go down to the port of Légué in full revival, sometimes survey the hidden foothills of St Laurent de la Mer and climb to Pointe du Roselier to embrace the entire Bay. The first small local beach of Anse aux Moines is only 400 m away and the first real family beach is that of Martin at 3.5 km. The center of St Brieuc is only 5.5 km away.
Your vacation rental includes on the same level (after going down 23 steps): a living room-kitchen (with TV, connected home cinema), 2 bedrooms (1 double bed 160x200) (2 single beds 90x190 that can be combined on request), a small bathroom with shower and washbasin, a toilet including laundry and cleaning equipment. Outdoor courtyard of 8 m² with relaxation lounge. Cellar accessible from the GR34 path side for storing bicycles, for example. Unloading shopping and suitcases in front of the entrance to the gîte then public parking 150 m further up the street. Gite adjoining a third on one side and another gite (22G310948) on the other side. Teleworking space fitted out in the living room.

Gîte confortable et très bien équipé. On s'y sent tout de suite très bien. On ne se lasse jamais de la vue qui n'est jamais la même, au gré de la journée et des marées. L'emplacement au pied du GR permet de se promener sans prendre la voiture et d'accéder facilement à la plage. Suzette est agréable, accueillante et arrangeante pour les horaires d'entrée/sortie. Bref, une petite perle à ne pas louper!

Gite superbe et confortable avec vue sur la baie de Saint Brieuc , un régale des yeux. Merci à Mme Suzette Arezes pour son accueil, et son attention , nous avons eu droit à notre sapin de noël, un grand merci. nous avons passés une semaine de découverte des Côtes d'Armor et de belles randonnées sur le GR34.

Gîte au top, situation en bord de mer, d’un petit port avec d’excellents restaurants, superbes balades à proximité. Le gîte est très fonctionnel, très propre, moderne et agrémenté avec beaucoup de goût. En plus, une grande télé avec un vrai home cinéma Blu-ray Félicitations aux propriétaires qui ont vraiment le souci du bien-être et du confort de leurs hôtes !
