Description
On the heights of Pléneuf Val André in the foothills of the Flora stream, about 1 km from the Port of Dahouët, the Pissotte beach and the large beach as well as the town center, the Kermelins gîte brings together all these strengths. A treat: the swimming pool in front of the living room, the shops not far away, the entertainment, the miniature port, the GR34 coastal path... everything is there to have a great stay on the Côte de Penthièvre!
Your vacation rental includes on one level: a large living room with kitchen area, 4 bedrooms (1 master suite 1 160x200 bed with private bathroom -shower and basin-)(1 bedroom with 1 180x200 bed)(1 bedroom with 1 140x190 bed (1 bedroom with 1 90x200 bed with office/games area), a bathroom (bath and shower, double sink), a WC with washbasin, a laundry room (washing machine, dryer, storage, cleaning, etc.). Contemporary independent house with a 160 m² garden, a gravelled driveway with a 75 m² carport, a 25 m² tiled terrace overlooking THE SWIMMING POOL: 7x3.5 m, heated to 28° and accessible from the end of May at the end of September, 1.20 to 1.50 m deep, with safety cover. Please note: children are the responsibility of the parents.

Bay of St-Brieuc
Located between Armor and Argoat, between the land and the sea, Saint-Brieuc is the capital of the Côtes d'Armor department.
The town is an unmissable crossroads among the attractions of northern Britanny-Paimpol and the isle of Bréhat, Fréhel cape,all the small, colourful towns and villages in the back-country such as Pontrieux, Quintin, Moncontour and the artistic and historical centre of Dinan.
The three valleys (Gouédic, Gouët and Douvenant), give a rhythmic structure to the town. The environment is privileged, opening onto the remarkable bay - which has the fifth highest tides in the world.
The bay has many paths and pathways, and many more detours from the beaten tracks where walkers can discover the back country of this fascinating spot. Walking through the bushy countryside you'll discover a new view and pleasure - just take your time, nobody here is in a hurry, and you'll find some of the surprises we have waiting for you!

Notre séjour c'est très bien passé la villa est très bien entretenu et très propre très bien situé au calme la piscine est assez grande et chauffée et un accueil chaleureux toujours au petit soin envers ses ôté très belle expérience ce fut de très bonnes vacances

Depuis plus de 15 ans que nous fréquentons les gites Costes-armoricains. Ce fut une réelle bonne surprise. Des prestations bien au dessus des 3 épis (même si cela risque de nous porter préjudice pour trouver un autre créneau pour y aller avec un afflux de demandes) Nolwenn, la propriétaire est aux petits soins pour ses locataires. Situé dans un quartier très calme, la proximité du Port (et ses boulangeries) ainsi que de la digue (commerces) en fait un lieu idyllique. A noter également la proximité du GR34 (chemin des contrebandiers) permettant des escapades nature et une véloroute toute proche. A l'année prochaine, si nous arrivons désormais à trouver de la place. Une adresse à noter et à recommander

Nolwenn est un amour et sa maison est juste géniale! La maison est très confortable et tout est dans le détail, les draps de bain sont ultra moelleux, les placards sont pleins de tout ce dont on pourrait avoir besoin, la déco est très soignée... Bref on y est bien, très bien même et j'espère sincèrement pouvoir y revenir rapidement!
