A tastefully-decorated, well-appointed house on a private, gated complex with swimming pool at the heart of the Domaine du Golf de Pleneuf Val André. Golfers will enjoy the 18-hole Blue Green Golf Course, Pleneuf Val André. There is plenty to do in the well-known seaside resort including a casino and thalassotherapy centre. The nearest beach, Plage des Vallées, is just 10 minutes’ walk from the gite. Places of interest in the area include Cap d'Erquy (10km) and Cap Fréhel (23km).
Adjacent house : hall, bright living area with fitted kitchen, toilet. First floor : 1 bedroom (1 140x190 dble bed, 1 90x190 sgle bed), 1 bedroom with a king size bed. Bathroom (shower + toilet). Private terrace, garden in common. Outdoor pool (Jul/Aug).

Super séjour, la location au top, très propre et confortable, bien équipée et calme, les propriétaires très sympas. L endroit est magnifique. Vive la Bretagne .

We enjoyed our stay very much. The house was lovely, modern and comfortable, exactly as it looks in the photos, and with all the equipment we needed. No problems at all, apart from wifi which did not seem to work very well. But maybe it was a temporary problem.
