Renovated in 2017, the property has a quality interior and is in a great location in the countryside just 1km from the beach at Port Morvan on the Côte de Penthièvre. Visit the popular seaside resort of Pleneuf Val André (4km) with its numerous activities, casino, golf course and thalassotherapy centre. Stroll around the harbour at Erquy (15km), admire the views from the beautiful heather-covered headland of Cap d’Erquy and discover the pretty marina at Dahouet (2.5km). Plenty of walks not far from the gite.

Bay of St-Brieuc
Located between Armor and Argoat, between the land and the sea, Saint-Brieuc is the capital of the Côtes d'Armor department.
The town is an unmissable crossroads among the attractions of northern Britanny-Paimpol and the isle of Bréhat, Fréhel cape,all the small, colourful towns and villages in the back-country such as Pontrieux, Quintin, Moncontour and the artistic and historical centre of Dinan.
The three valleys (Gouédic, Gouët and Douvenant), give a rhythmic structure to the town. The environment is privileged, opening onto the remarkable bay - which has the fifth highest tides in the world.
The bay has many paths and pathways, and many more detours from the beaten tracks where walkers can discover the back country of this fascinating spot. Gites au top, agréable, confortable, très bien pensé, avec tous les équipements nécessaires. Pleins de jolis points de vue à proximité, plages, caps, grève, avec des animations pour les enfants à proximité. Merci pour ce séjour, les équipements et jeux disponibles, les petits cadeaux de bienvenue,... Parfait.
