Description
Located 10 km from the beaches of the Emerald Coast, at the gates of the Côte de Penthièvre (Erquy, etc.) and the Medieval City of Dinan. Close to many tourist sites (30 km St-Malo, Dinard, 70 km Mont St-Michel). Gite adjoining the owner and another gite, on a dairy farm. Close to town center and shops (5 mins). On your arrival, the beds will be made, the towels, kitchen and cleaning products will be provided free of charge. You will have at your disposal some products for the kitchen and board games. And that's not all ! you will have the pleasure of tasting good Breton pancakes prepared by us.
Your vacation rental includes on one level: Living room with beautiful fitted kitchen, 1 bedroom (1 160x200 bed) with additional TV and adjoining private bathroom (walk-in shower and WC), 1 bedroom (1 90x200), another bathroom (large shower), separate WC. Beautiful unenclosed furnished terrace (16 m²) with relaxation lounge. At your disposal, parking, annex, green spaces, boules alley and children's games common to the gîtes. Electric charging station available for the 4 lodgings by appointment and favoring off-peak hours (at night and between 12:40 p.m. and 2:40 p.m.).

Je recommande vivement ce gite.Nous avons testé plusieurs au coirs des ans et celui ci est parmi les rares qui nous ont satisfaits. Pour plusieirs raisons: Le confort (de la literie, le chauffage à l'arrivée, les équipements, la cuisine, le calme) La propreté L'accueil super chaleureux de la propriétaire et sa réactivité tout au long du séjour La situation: des balades magnifiques, des petits villages charmants, tout entre 20 et 30 min en voiture Bref, à recommander sans hésitation,
