Located in a farmhouse adjoining the owners' home and close to another gite. In a green setting, this cottage welcomes all those who are looking for authenticity, a space of nature and tranquility. During your stay, you will have the pleasure of offering yourself, as you wish, a relaxing break and recharging your batteries in the private Zen space. Bathrobes, flip-flops, and bath towels are waiting for you! No more stress, relax! The beds will be made on your arrival, the bathroom linen, the kitchen linen as well as the cleaning products will be provided to you. And that's not all ! you will have the pleasure of tasting good Breton pancakes prepared by us. Located 10 km from the beaches of the Emerald Coast, at the gates of the Côte d'Erquy and the medieval city of Dinan. Near Saint-Malo, Dinard and Cancale at 30 km.
Your vacation rental includes on the raised ground floor (9 steps): living room with kitchen area, 1 bedroom with 1 140X 200 bed, 1 cot, bathroom with large walk-in shower, WC. Private garden of 725 m² enclosed. Playground common to the 4 gîtes. All-inclusive rental except tourist tax. Electric charging station available for the 4 lodgings by appointment and favoring off-peak hours (at night and between 12:40 p.m. and 2:40 p.m.).

nous avons beaucoup aimé notre séjour dans ce gite qui était très propre et la propriétaire a été très accueillante et discrète ( déjà eu un propriétaire dans un autre gite qui venait nous surveiller tous les jours et c'était vraiment pénible ) . crepes offertes mardi soir , jaccusi super , grande douche , décoration très sympa et tout a été prévu pour passer un bon séjour jusqu'à des livres ,jeux de société et des produits d'épicerie: condiments ,filtre à café , dosettes café , sachet de thé .. et il y a une cafetière classique et une senséo . lit très confortable . nous n'avons pas profité de la partie extérieure vu la saison mais comme pour l'intérieur tout a été pensé pour le confort . je recommande ce gite très calme sans hesiter
