A guaranteed favorite for the house of Perros, located in the heart of this beautiful and famous seaside resort on the Côte de Granit Rose. Come and discover this gite with luxury appointments and designer furniture! Un accueil très chaleureux par des propriétaires amoureux des belles et bonnes choses. Une maison décorée avec énormément de gout , extrêmement fonctionnelle et particulièrement bien équipée avec des produits de qualités. Ils ont a cœur de rendre notre séjour agréable en partageants des bonnes adresses et des bons plans dans la région. Cette maison est à proximité de tout, ce qui rend le séjour encore plus agréable ( commerces, plage, restaurants , port ....) Une très bonne literie , une pièce de vie tellement agréable que l'on hésite a soit lire un livre dans le filet , soit regarder un bon film devant un super écran TV ou bien seulement rêver dans le canapé et regardant les flammes du poêle à pellet. Enfin, pour les plus courageux il y a la salle de sport très bien équipée avec un spa pour trouver le réconfort après l'effort . En résumé, je recommande vivement cette maison et j'aurai un énorme plaisir a revenir dans cette magnifique région ou le temps est agréable même en Novembre :)))) Foncez les yeux fermés car cette maison était bien au delà de nos espérance !!!

Séjour très agréable dans une maison récemment rénovée et bien située dans Perros Guirec. La maison est très bien équipée et vous ne manquerez de rien, notamment pour cuisiner. Si vous cherchez un logement bien située, en plein centre ville et proche de la plage alors foncez ! Propriétaires charmants :-) Mathieu

Un merveilleux séjour dans une maison totalement rénovée avec qualité et une décoration particulièrement soignée. Nous avons notamment appréciée le calme, la localisation (parfaite, très proche de tout) dans une maison très fonctionnelle. Les enfants (et les parents) ont adoré le hamac géant. Encore un très grand merci à Sylvie et Samuel pour leur bel accueil.
