Description
In the heart of Perros-Guirec, emblematic seaside resort of the Côtes d'Armor, come and discover this magnificent house, comfortable and bright located in a residential area. Only 1.9 km away, you will reach the family beach of Trestraou. But you may prefer those of Trestignel or Les Arcades 4 km away. If you have sea legs, why not embark from the port for a cruise around the 7 islands? Aboard a speedboat, you can enter one of the most important ornithological reserves in France. Discovering the Côte de Granit Rose also means taking the GR34 for a beautiful hike to the village of Ploumanac'h, a must during your stay. The imposing pink granite rocks are well known, superb scenery guaranteed, so don't forget to take plenty of photographs! Children to entertain? Take them to the park of the radome of Pleumeur-Bodou with its Gallic village, its city of telecoms and its planetarium.
Your vacation rental includes on the ground floor: a living room-kitchen, a bedroom (a 160x200 bed) including a dressing room and a private bathroom (shower), WC. upstairs: 3 bedrooms (2 140x190 beds, 2 90x190 beds), bathroom with bath, WC. Gîte très bien situé pour visiter la région. Au calme. Propriétaire disponible. avons passé un très bon séjour. Proche de la plage. Je recommande ce gite.

Good location. Host was very helpful. House was great. Only issue was getting the car through the front gate which was very narrow.
