Description
Do you dream of discovering Perros Guirec, an emblematic resort on the Côte de Granit while staying in luxury accommodation? This single-storey apartment has everything to seduce you: contemporary architecture with large bay windows, beautiful interior volumes, designer furniture, refined and elegant decoration. Marmitons will appreciate: nothing is missing in the fully equipped kitchen. Located a few hundred meters from the shops, you can do everything on foot if you wish. We also offer the rental of electric bikes with great autonomy: 60 € for 2 per day, 40 € for 2 per day if booking a week. To organize your days, you will be spoiled for choice: discover the beautiful family beaches of Trestraou, 600 m on foot and Trestrignel or spend the afternoon on the superb terrace enjoying the jacuzzi and sauna, deckchairs all while sipping a cocktail that you have prepared in the outdoor bar...
Your vacation rental, adjoining the owners' home, comprises on one level: a living room (home cinema) with fitted kitchen of very good quality (American fridge, wine cellar, food processor, etc.), a bedroom opening on the living room with large dressing room and flat screen TV (1 140x200 bed), a bathroom with shower and WC and a teenager's bedroom with a 90x200 bed, flat screen TV and beautiful adjoining bathroom (shower, washbasin and WC). Take advantage of a beautiful relaxation area laid out on a mezzanine with a height of less than 1.20m. You will enjoy a very beautiful terrace of 70 m², closed, furnished with summer kitchen, pizza oven, bar, sauna and jacuzzi available all year round. Heating is via the pellet stove: 3 bags are provided free of charge. You can park your vehicle in front of the apartment, a space is reserved for you.

Pink Granite Coast
The dramatic Côte de Granit Rose is a "beauty and beast" landscape of pale beaches embraced by colossal lumps of blushed granite. Between these towering, monolithic stacks, Disneyesque villas, with turrets, spires and painted shutters, are framed by pines and hydrangea.
Perros-Guirec, with its marina and two immaculate beaches - Trestrignel and Trestraou - is the best attraction of Côtes d'Armor and the most frequented beach resorts in northern Brittany.
Boat trips to the Sept-Îles (an amazing bird sanctuary where the sight of the seabirds that meet you on arrival at the main island is really impressive) contribute to its popularity. And just around are the delightfully mysterious bays of Ploumanac'h and Trégastel. Enjoy invigorating coastal walks along marked footpaths and absorb the spectacular views or just relax on one of the lovely sandy beaches.

Wir haben uns in dem Loft sehr wohl gefühlt und würden gerne nochmal kommen. Das Loft ist gut ausgestattet, insbesondere auch die Küche, sodass man alles kochen kann. Das war nützlich, weil wir in Perros-Guirec nicht allzu viele passende Restaurants gefunden haben. Die Gastgeber wohnen direkt nebenan und haben uns gut empfangen und sind herzlich. Die Gegend in Perros-Guirec ist traumhaft und es gibt sehr viel zu tun (Am Besten mit dem Auto hinfahren oder ein Auto mieten). Ein Muss ist, die 7-îles (die Nachmittagstour ist zu empfehlen, weil mehr Tiere zu sehen sind), die Île de Bréhat und Saint-Malo zu besichtigen. Der ehemalige Zöllnerpfad (GR 34) verläuft von Perros-Guirec direkt am Strand entlang nach Ploumanach und ist sehr zu empfehlen, da man die schöne Rosa-Granit-Küste erleben kann.

Nous avons apprécié le jacuzzi et les beaux écrans TV mis à notre disposition, mais le confort des chambres sans fenêtres sur l’extérieur et la petite taille des salles d'eau sont insuffisants à ce niveau de standing.
