Description
Le Toit des Iles is a great place to discover and enjoy the delightful seaside resort of Perros-Guirec. The owner, Maryse, has created 2 comfortable apartments, each with a light living area, quality bedding and pleasant surroundings including pretty patios and a quiet area to relax after a busy day. The property is within easy reach of the harbour, shops and restaurants as well as the Wednesday morning market at certain times of year. The lovely beach at Trestignel is just 1.5km away.
Your vacation rental includes on one level: living room with fitted kitchen (coffee maker/electric kettle, pod coffee maker, etc.), 1 bedroom without an opening (1 140x190 bed) communicating with a small bathroom (shower) and 1 Independent WC. Private terrace and 300 m² of land shared with the owner and two other furnished apartments. Parking space in the property.

Charmant petit gîte, idéalement placé à deux pas du port de plaisance, ainsi que des commerces et restaurants. Rien ne manque dans le gîte et l'emplacement pour la voiture est le bienvenu. Accueil parfait de la propriétaire. Et j'ai beaucoup apprécié son appel téléphonique la veille de notre départ.

Superbe week-end de la Toussaint passé dans ce petit appartement douillet. Accueil très sympathique de Nathalie qui nous a donné les bons plans sur Perros Guirec et nous a offert un paquet de gâteaux fabriqués localement. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement.
