Jolie maison de ville (mitoyenne à la galerie d'art de la propriétaire et à un tiers), rénovée en privilégiant des matériaux de qualité. Ici, un soin particulier a été accordé à la décoration, vous pourrez d'ailleurs y admirer les tableaux de la propriétaire, artiste peintre. Pour vos excursions, vous aurez l'embarras du choix. La région est si belle ! Avec son littoral de 13 km et ses 3 plages de sable fin, Perros est un paradis pour les familles et les amateurs de sports d'eau. Vous pourrez embarquer vers les 7 îles, l'une des plus importantes réserves ornithologique de France. La visite de Ploumanac'h à 6 km s'imposera également. Sacré village préféré des Français, il offre un site d'une exceptionnelle beauté avec ses imposants rochers en granit rose. Pour un moment de bien-être, laissez-vous tenter par le forum de Tregastel, piscine d'eau de mer chauffée à 8 km. Vous apprécierez aussi ce gîte pour la proximité du centre-ville et de ses commerces à 300 m.

Pink Granite Coast
The dramatic Côte de Granit Rose is a "beauty and beast" landscape of pale beaches embraced by colossal lumps of blushed granite. Between these towering, monolithic stacks, Disneyesque villas, with turrets, spires and painted shutters, are framed by pines and hydrangea.
Perros-Guirec, with its marina and two immaculate beaches - Trestrignel and Trestraou - is the best attraction of Côtes d'Armor and the most frequented beach resorts in northern Brittany.
Boat trips to the Sept-Îles (an amazing bird sanctuary where the sight of the seabirds that meet you on arrival at the main island is really impressive) contribute to its popularity. And just around are the delightfully mysterious bays of Ploumanac'h and Trégastel. Enjoy invigorating coastal walks along marked footpaths and absorb the spectacular views or just relax on one of the lovely sandy beaches.

Nous avons passé 3 semaines très agréable avec le beau temps ! Logement idéalement situé près des commerces et très fonctionnel ! Acceuil chaleureux des propriétaires ! Nous y retourneront avec grand plaisir ! Les promenades étaient superbes !
