2 km from the beautiful family beaches of Perros Guirec, in a residential area, the gite "Ty Kaol bis", adjoining another gite n°22G122054, belonging to the same owners, welcomes you in a pleasant and comfortable setting. When you return from your walks on the customs trail, depending on the weather, you can relax on the well-sheltered terrace. 2 km from the city center of Perros, 4.8 km from Ploumanac'h, elected favorite village of the French in 2015, 7.3 km from Trégastel, and 12 km from Lannion.
Your vacation rental includes on the ground floor: living room with fitted kitchen, 1 bedroom (1 bed 160x200), bathroom (shower) and separate toilet. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (1 bed 140x190) and (2 beds 90x200), toilet area (wc and washbasin). 30 m² terrace at the back, courtyard and land of around 100 m². Bicycle shelter available.

Pink Granite Coast
The dramatic Côte de Granit Rose is a "beauty and beast" landscape of pale beaches embraced by colossal lumps of blushed granite. Between these towering, monolithic stacks, Disneyesque villas, with turrets, spires and painted shutters, are framed by pines and hydrangea.
Perros-Guirec, with its marina and two immaculate beaches - Trestrignel and Trestraou - is the best attraction of Côtes d'Armor and the most frequented beach resorts in northern Brittany.
Boat trips to the Sept-Îles (an amazing bird sanctuary where the sight of the seabirds that meet you on arrival at the main island is really impressive) contribute to its popularity. And just around are the delightfully mysterious bays of Ploumanac'h and Trégastel. Enjoy invigorating coastal walks along marked footpaths and absorb the spectacular views or just relax on one of the lovely sandy beaches.

Gite très confortable, parfaitement équipé et très propre. Très bon accueil de la propriétaire. Nous avons apprécié la proximité de la navette gratuite pour la plage et du bus "macareux" pour la côte. Notre séjour a été très agréable.

Un gîte plus que parfait, trop bien, très propre et une super décoration. Propriétaire très gentille. Vraiment je recommande ce gîte sans hésitation Il ne manque rien. Merci à Brigitte pour nous avoir permis de passer un excellent séjour
