Fancy a break in Côtes d'Armor, on one of the most beautiful coasts of the Breton coast? This charming little house, which can accommodate two people on the pink granite coast, is well appointed and tastefully decorated. It is the ideal accommodation to stay in the renowned resort of Perros Guirec. The cottage is located 900m from the very beautiful beach of Trestraou where you can taste at your leisure, seafood, pancakes, pancakes, ice creams in the various restaurants which surround the casino, or simply pamper yourself with thalassotherapy. Also not to be missed, Ploumanach, elected in 2015, the most beautiful village in France, with its picturesque port, the GR34 which will take you to unique landscapes where pink granite confronts the shades of blue of the sea. invites you to embark on the speedboat, for a mini cruise around the 7 islands where seals and puffins will accompany you.
Your vacation rental includes on the ground floor: a living room opening onto the fitted kitchen (2 ceramic hobs), a shower room, a toilet with washbasin and a laundry room. Upstairs, a large bedroom with a 180 cm bed (this one can be split into two on request). In the landscaped garden, facing south, of approximately 200m2, you will enjoy a terrace, a relaxation lounge, as well as deckchairs. A private, closed site will accommodate your vehicle, it is the same for your bicycles, a closed room is equipped with electrical outlets at your disposal. Terraced house has another house rarely occupied.

Pink Granite Coast
The dramatic Côte de Granit Rose is a "beauty and beast" landscape of pale beaches embraced by colossal lumps of blushed granite. Between these towering, monolithic stacks, Disneyesque villas, with turrets, spires and painted shutters, are framed by pines and hydrangea.
Perros-Guirec, with its marina and two immaculate beaches - Trestrignel and Trestraou - is the best attraction of Côtes d'Armor and the most frequented beach resorts in northern Brittany.
Boat trips to the Sept-Îles (an amazing bird sanctuary where the sight of the seabirds that meet you on arrival at the main island is really impressive) contribute to its popularity. And just around are the delightfully mysterious bays of Ploumanac'h and Trégastel. Enjoy invigorating coastal walks along marked footpaths and absorb the spectacular views or just relax on one of the lovely sandy beaches.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce gîte bien situé dans Perros Guire. Son aménagement et sa décoration faite avec goût en fond un hébergement plein de charme, sans oublier l’accueil chaleureux de la propriétaire.
