Pink Granite Coast
The dramatic Côte de Granit Rose is a "beauty and beast" landscape of pale beaches embraced by colossal lumps of blushed granite. Between these towering, monolithic stacks, Disneyesque villas, with turrets, spires and painted shutters, are framed by pines and hydrangea.
Perros-Guirec, with its marina and two immaculate beaches - Trestrignel and Trestraou - is the best attraction of Côtes d'Armor and the most frequented beach resorts in northern Brittany.
Boat trips to the Sept-Îles (an amazing bird sanctuary where the sight of the seabirds that meet you on arrival at the main island is really impressive) contribute to its popularity. And just around are the delightfully mysterious bays of Ploumanac'h and Trégastel. Enjoy invigorating coastal walks along marked footpaths and absorb the spectacular views or just relax on one of the lovely sandy beaches.

Logement très fonctionnel et très grand. L’équipement est prévu pour que tout se passe bien. Nous avons apprécié la localisation de l’appartement et la mise à disposition du garage. Merci à vous !

Die Wohnungseinrichtung ist in die Jahre gekommen und entspricht nicht mehr heutigem Standard. Die Wohnung hat einen nicht angenehmen Eigengeruch. Das Schloss an der Haupttür wurde schon einmal aufgehebelt und nicht fachgerecht repariert. Die Bilder von der Wohnung sind zu sehr optimiert.Die Fenster der Erdgeschosswohnung lassen sich nicht auf Kipp öffnen. Man kann die Fenster nur ganz öffnen, was bei einer Erdgeschosswohnung nicht unproblematisch ist (Sicherheitsaspekt).

Bonjour, Nous sommes surpris de vos notes. Concernant l'accueil, nous vous avons pourtant accueilli cordialement à l'entrée de la résidence. Pour l'odeur, nous nettoyons avec du Sanitol ainsi qu'avec un produit désinfectant biologique. Nous sommes navrés si l'odeur vous a dérangé. Au sujet de la poignée de la porte d'entrée, elle n'a pas été bricolée mais posée par des professionnels : il s'agit d'une serrure à trois points. Quant au mobilier, nous n'avons jamais eu de remarques en ce sens et les photos présentes sur l'annonce montrent bien l'ameublement. Cordialement, Guten Tag, Wir sind überrascht über Ihre Bewertungen. Was die Begrüßung betrifft, so haben wir Sie dennoch herzlich am Eingang der Residenz begrüßt. Gegen den Geruch reinigen wir mit Sanitol sowie mit einem biologischen Desinfektionsmittel. Es tut uns leid, wenn Sie der Geruch gestört hat. Was den Griff der Haustür betrifft, so wurde dieser nicht gebastelt, sondern von professionellen Mitarbeitern montiert: Es handelt sich um einen Dreipunktverschluss. Was die Möbel angeht, haben wir diesbezüglich noch nie Kommentare erhalten und die Fotos in der Anzeige zeigen die Möbel gut. Herzlich,

L'appartement est très bien situé en plein centre de Perros Guirec, à proximité des commerces. Le logement est situé au sein du résidence très calme. Les propriétaires sont bienveillants.
