Description
This pretty, spacious, modern house at the end of a residential cul-de-sac is just the place for a holiday at the heart of the Pink Granite Coast. It is in Perros-Guirec, but away from the hustle and bustle of the resort. The marina with its many restaurants is less than 1km away, the town centre is 1.5km and Trestraou beach with a range of activities, casino and thalassotherapy centre is 2.4km. Trégastel is 5km, Lannion is 8km and Tréguier is 15km.

Pink Granite Coast
The dramatic Côte de Granit Rose is a "beauty and beast" landscape of pale beaches embraced by colossal lumps of blushed granite. Between these towering, monolithic stacks, Disneyesque villas, with turrets, spires and painted shutters, are framed by pines and hydrangea.
Perros-Guirec, with its marina and two immaculate beaches - Trestrignel and Trestraou - is the best attraction of Côtes d'Armor and the most frequented beach resorts in northern Brittany.
Boat trips to the Sept-Îles (an amazing bird sanctuary where the sight of the seabirds that meet you on arrival at the main island is really impressive) contribute to its popularity. And just around are the delightfully mysterious bays of Ploumanac'h and Trégastel. Enjoy invigorating coastal walks along marked footpaths and absorb the spectacular views or just relax on one of the lovely sandy beaches.

Très jolie maison, agréable, parfaite pour une grande famille avec ses 3 chambres et 2 salles d'eau, Légère vue sur la mer. Lotissement en hauteur donc avoir une voiture est obligatoire pour aller dans le centre de Perros-Guirec. Équipements parfaits mais anciens. Il manque malheureusement des jeux d'extérieur pour les enfants comme toboggan, portique etc. Sinon terrasse agréable, on peut profiter du soleil. Je recommande car le prix est convenable

Très bon accueil des propriétaires. Gîte fonctionnel, bien équipé. Situé dans une impasse mais juste derrière une rue passante qui mène au port. Nécessité d'avoir une voiture car le gîte est plutôt situé sur les hauteurs de Perros Guirec qui est une ville étendue avec des montées. En voiture, plage de Trestraou à 5 mm et plage de Trestignel à 10 mm. La terrasse pour déjeuner est très appréciable (exposition sud). Maison tout à fait adaptée au grande famille.

Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable dans une maison avec garage parking et un grand jardin avec portail fermé.Literie très bonne .Endroit très calme idéal pour se reposer après de beaux cites à visiter Les propriétaires super gentils et accueillant. Je recommanderais à des amis
