Description
You can enjoy a wide range of activities (beaches, hiking, water sports, golf, casino). You will be able to discover and visit the Breton heritage (chapels, churches, crosses and calvaries, the valley of the Saints in Carnoët). As a family, you can go to the Gallic village, to the tree climbing, to the city of telecoms, to the planetarium in Pleumeur-Bodou, to the aquarium of Tregastel. In season, you will benefit from the connection to the island of Bréhat from the page of Trestraou. You will be near the beach of Trestraou (15 minutes on foot), as well as the city center (3 km). Ploumanac'h, elected favorite village of the French in 2015 at 4 km, Tregastel 6 km, Lannion 10 km.
This residence includes on the ground floor: a fully equipped American-style kitchen (with Senseo pod coffee maker), a living room and a dining room, a bathroom with shower, separate WC and a bedroom with bed 160 x 200. the garage offers direct access to the kitchen. The main gate has an electric opening and a small door opens onto the garden.
Upstairs: a relaxation area is installed on the mezzanine, then a double bedroom has 2 beds of 90 x 190, another bedroom has a 140 x 20 bed and the third bedroom has a 140 x 190 bed. upstairs bathroom is equipped with a bathtub. The toilets are separate.
You will benefit from a 40m2 terrace equipped with an electric plancha on a 600m2 west facing plot. The house is perfectly equipped for the little ones: a children's bath, a changing mat, a high chair and 2 travel beds are at your disposal.

Pink Granite Coast
The dramatic Côte de Granit Rose is a "beauty and beast" landscape of pale beaches embraced by colossal lumps of blushed granite. Between these towering, monolithic stacks, Disneyesque villas, with turrets, spires and painted shutters, are framed by pines and hydrangea.
Perros-Guirec, with its marina and two immaculate beaches - Trestrignel and Trestraou - is the best attraction of Côtes d'Armor and the most frequented beach resorts in northern Brittany.
Boat trips to the Sept-Îles (an amazing bird sanctuary where the sight of the seabirds that meet you on arrival at the main island is really impressive) contribute to its popularity. And just around are the delightfully mysterious bays of Ploumanac'h and Trégastel. Enjoy invigorating coastal walks along marked footpaths and absorb the spectacular views or just relax on one of the lovely sandy beaches.

Deuxième séjour pour nous dans la très jolie maison de Marie-Jo et Denis et ce magnifique endroit des Côtes d'Armor qu'est Perros-Guirrec. Accueil toujours aussi chaleureux et sympathique, maison offrant tout ce dont on a besoin pour de jolies vacances, le tout au calme sans être isolés. Nous envisagerons sans doute un troisième séjour !!!
