In Penvenan, in a residential area, this contemporary, bright and very spacious house will be the address to book for holidays by the sea! Take the small Crec'h Avel road and reach the Dunes beach 150 m away: a magnificent white sand beach, supervised in season, very coveted for its small islets, some of which are accessible at low tide. Hikers will be delighted: in less than 5 minutes they will reach the GR34 and appreciate the beauty of the landscapes crossing the villages of Port Blanc (nautical club) and Buguélès: simply heavenly! In summer, the south-facing terrace will be an opportunity to enjoy the deckchairs and barbecue! 14 km from Tréguier, a pretty town full of character, 17 km from Perros Guirec, a very renowned seaside resort.

Séjour très agréable, la maison est très claire, confortable. Proximité de la mer, paysage magnifique. Valérie très accueillante, mais discrète. Petite collation à l’arrivée très appréciée.

Bon accueil de la part de la propriétaire avec des petites gourmandises très appréciées, maison conforme aux photos Le temps plutôt agréable pour un début Octobre très bon séjour à refaire.
